Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy for non bespoke orders is within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Earrings must be unopened and the seal unbroken.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable so any original shipping costs will also be deducted from your refund. 

Please ensure you use a trackable and insured service.

Bespoke Commissioned Orders

For bespoke orders (including items made to your bespoke size) these are non-refundable and non-returnable as they have been made to your own personal specification.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received the approved refund after 7 working days please check with your bank or credit card company as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
